Solar photo-voltaic is not the best (most efficient, cost effective etc) carbon free energy source in the UK climate; so it is better to support wind & water and solar thermal and, most importantly, energy reduction, insulation etc.

im getting the fi ssd 15" with bp power and flat wind coil it will be running about 1100-1200 rms i want to save money and get a amp wiring kit with 4gauge wire and a 120A fuse would it still work?

You need to be sure of 2 things -
1) it's a company that doesn't lie about the size of their wire
2) the length of the wire won't be unusually long (15' or less).

If those are true, yes, 4 awg will cover you for 1200w rm
