I want to get a training / programme / oversea courses that teach me solar / wind power system setup, knowledge, etc.

In the Herefordshire countryside a couple use solar panels at home to heat water and generate electricity and help them to lead the good life.

I've done a little research and the cost is not prohibitive, as far as I can see.
