depends on type of ac unit you are talking about and how many amps it pulls...multiply volts times amps this gives you watts.....so 30 amps times 230 volts would be 6900 watts or 6.9 kilowatts....you would need a power converter to change the voltage

Doable but expensive. Your better off buying a portable/fixed solar powered evaporative cooling unit.
It would be fairly easy and reasonable money wise, to run the A/C fan off of solar.
