I doubt as I think that is too little ampherage to worry about overcharging the battery.

Hopefully it has a built in blocking diode to prevent draining the battery back through the panel at night.

I want to get one to use on a travel trailer so that when I don't have access to electricity, I won't have to hookup to the truck and keep recharging the battery. Its really a problem if I need to use the heat or a fan depending on the weather....

Sure, but 15 watts isn't much. You'll need to buy more than one panel if you want to be able to do all that stuff at the same time.

i have tried to hook them up to my regulator on parrallel but they still display the same watts...how do i increase? or is it just reading it wrong?

You would wire the outputs in parallel. That would still give you the 12 volts but add the current capability of each. Make sure you get positive to positive and negative to negative when you wire them together. Check them with a meter if necessar
