well you would connect 2 panels, in series to get 24volts.
a 3rd panel would generate 36 volts.

To fully charge a lead/acid battery, you would need a bit more than 12 Volt, usually 13.2 Volt.
Many Solar panels which are rated at nominal 12 Volt can deliver up to 14 Volt in direct sunshine, and at perfect angle to the sun.

You could but I wouldn't. You will be better off to use the panels to charge batteries to power the inverter. This way you won't have power fluctuations and will have a reserve for night and overcast days.

What time it would take for a 1.8 W (12v) solar panel to charge a 300w (12 v) battery?

This is under the best sunlight conditions, the solar panel is rated at 1.8W and the battery pack is 300W. The solar panel reads that it is a "trickle charger". My question is how long it would take such solar panel to recharge a completely


If the battery wouldn't self-discharge, it would be:

300W/1.8W = 166 h 40 m

With 12 hours of sunlight per day, it will take about 14 days.
