10 Watt Solar Panel

I want to also know if the 10 watt rating on the solar panel is 10 watts per day or is it constantly adding 10 watts? Is there a time which the 10 watts is being added like 10 watts per second or 10 watts per minute and so on?

a 10w solar panel means at peak efficiency ( high noon, panel pointed flat at the sun, hitting it at 90 degrees), you will get 10 watts (at any given second).

if i have a 10 Watt solar panel what does that mean. does that mean it will charge a battery 10 watts per hour? Lets say i hook this up to a car battery and use the car battery to run computer stuff. How much will this charge the battery?

Watts is a rate, watt hours is a quantity. Compare with mph is how fast you go (the rate), and miles is how far you went (quantity). Going 60mph for 1 hour, you will have gone 60 miles. rate x time = quantity

A 10 watt 12 volt light bulb, provided the panel voltage is 12 volt. If it is simply a 0.5 volt panel, then you have about 20 amps, but you may be restricted to a lamp with a 0.5 volt rating.

That panel is too small to charge a car battery. You won't get more than half an amp out of it.
