I am doing a proj on solar cells, and i was wondering why an increase in temperature decreases the efficiency of solar cells.
Overall resistivity of the entire circuit rises with internal temperature, despite the fact that the semiconductors in the circuit become more conductive with temperature rise.

I can imagine how to measure output power of solar cells. Then, how can I measure power of input-light? However I turn on 100V lighting, a half of power runs away as temperature. And all power of light can not reach solar cells because of...
You need to know the amount of energy available to the surface of the solar cell. This can be measured or estimated. Here are several sites that talk about solar radiation. There are many others if you choose to look for them;

Solar cells/solar panels are environment friendly, but at the moment other sources of electrical energy are cheaper than solar power. How can we make solar cells more efficient and cheaper?
Every solar cell has a maximum theoretical efficiency. It is a property of that cell, and no matter the conditions it cannot be any higher. The most efficient one, to date, is ~35%. Factoring in material and system limitations, the maximum efficiency
I know you have to calculate (solar --> electrical) and then (electrical --> thermal) but what do you do with these two figures then? Do you average them? Any help would be great! Thanks.
Energy efficiency is always power out divided by power in.
In the case of solar cells, it is the watts of electrical energy produced by the cells divided by the watts of electromagnetic energy striking the solar panels.

Currently, solar cells are about 30% efficient. How can nanotechnology may change this in the future? What do they expect solar cell efficiency to increase to and what impact would this have on the use of solar cells?
There is more than one type of solar technology and it is getting more efficient all the time. All I know for sure is my PV system generates more energy than I was quoted and I will break even in about 6 years so I'll have about 18 years of free...

Germany Develops Highest Efficiency Thin-Film Solar Cells ...

No one doubts that solar cells are a terrific alternative energy product. However, solar cell inefficiency has been a major hurdle for the solar cell industry and has spurred extensive research. The current record of 19.9 percent efficiency for thin film solar has just been passed by researchers at Germany’s Center for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research. They claim their new CIGS thin-film solar cell technology achieves 20.1 percent efficiency.
The achievement is more significant than it seems. An American company, National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), held the previous record of 19.9 percent efficiency for 16 years. Commercially available CIGS thin film cells can claim only 10 percent to 12 percent efficiency. An increase of close to 10 percent is relatively enormous, especially if paired with an improved manufacturing process that avoids the use of toxic chemicals and expensive production equipment.
