Then

10/1 = (8760 * 1000)/ x so x = 8760 * 1000 /10 or

There is nothing special about 48 volts. If you want 220 AC, you will need to shop for an inverter; investigate what supply voltages they like, and possibly rewire your panels to provide it. In general, solar panels are not economic for home use...

Yes. Shading of just a few cells in a module (solar panel) will reduce its output to close to zero. However in an array, the other modules will still produce electricity. The diode keeps the dead module from sapping power from the others.
