I just bought a 1.8-Watt Solar Battery Maintainer because I only drive my car once per week and I have to get a new battery every 12-15 months. Can the 1.8-Watt Solar Battery Maintainer help keep my battery charged?

I have not been able to directly find the answer if a solar powered battery maintainer that charges very slowly can overcharge a car battery? It is for a car that isn't driven very much, and we are in MN and need to have a good charge on the...
I keep one in my car (also in MN) and have never had a problem with overcharging.
It has been pretty cold here, and I don't drive my car very often right now- like once a week. Due to the temperature, the car's battery does not have enough charge to start the powerplant after a week. I have seen solar battery maintainers on...
To keep a fully charged battery fully charged, you'd need at least 300ma at 13 volts.
Frame is waterproof, scratch resistant and UV resistant
Charges even during cloudy weather

buy a BATTERY
I have a small solar car battery charger/maintainer which puts out about 23 volts on a sunny day. The amperage and wattage are low but could this higher voltage damage the battery?
Thanks!
23 volts is a tad too high. You could probably get away with it because the solar panel produces miniscule currents but personally I would place a small resistor (eg. 62ohms) in series with the circuit to reduce the voltage.
I have an electric A/C in the window. Is there a cheap, easy way to run it on solar power? The A/C unit is on the north side of the house. I've seen battery-maintainers at auto parts stores. Can I buy one, a deep cycle battery, and an...
Air conditioners draw a *lot* of current. I can't give you exact figures, but the number of solar cells and batteries needed would not be cheap. Those car battery maintainers only produce a few milliwatts of power at best, and none of the...
