What kind of voltage regulator for solar cell?

I am building a solar AA battery charger but have a problem my solar cell is 23-25 volts @ 120mA. I only need to charge to AA's(2.4v). What kind of voltage regulator should I use? Thanks


Solar cells have a high output impedance, which tends to produce a constant current. A constant current is one way to charge a cell.

So why not connect them together? I don't think you need a regulator.

You might try the solar powered yard lights. Mine use two double A batteries each. I have four. I don"t know if there are yard lamps that use triple A.
