4 Battery Solar Charger

I recently got a solar battery charger, that can recharge 4 AAA in 1 to 1.5 hours.
It can recharge AAA, AA, C, and D. (the bigger sizes take longer)
It is made so that only 4 at a time can go in it, not 1, 2, or 3. It has to be 4. 2...

Your math is good. The 24 batteries in parallel should take about 9 hours to charge (if you were getting 4 to charge in 1.5 hours). There is no danger of overloading anything, because you are "trickle charging" the batteries.
