12 Watt Solar Charger

I am trying to build a self sufficient system that can be ran about 12 hours a day.

The system uses approx. 15 amps 12 volts as long as it is on.
I am planning on hooking it to a 12 volt deep cycle battery with a 12 volt 15 watt
