12 Volt Solar Charger

A patio for 4 hrs.

Impossible to answer without knowing the output of the charger, the typical amount of sunlight it would see, the capacity of the battery, and the wattage of the 12 volt bulbs.

Why not use patio lights that run off a transformer plugged

They put out such a small charge I don't think it ever will charge a dead battery, solar chargers are more like battery maintainers. It will take some time to charge a low battery.

I am using the battery and solar panel on a deer feeder. The solar panel just maintains the charge. I didn't know if the battery would deplete faster than the smaller volt solar panel could supply a charge.

Yes you could, but you will still get the same charging capacity (current) as you would with only 1 at 12V
