12v Solar Charge Controller

I have tried Frys and they don't seem to have it does anyone know where else I could find this charge controller?

You can get one that's a little bigger that will work on a smaller solar panel, they are rated by their maximum capability. I assume you have around a 15W solar panel. A 4.5A charge controller is only $29 and would work great....

lets start with basics

the solar power supplies DC and it is running all morning, the power it supplies not as much as the wind turbine so the controller and the power it supplies mostly constant becasue the sun changes slowly
